Distributed power station introduction
Introduction to distributed photovoltaic power generation
Photovoltaic power generation refers to the use of solar photovoltaic cells to convert solar radiant energy directly into electrical energy.
Distributed photovoltaic power generation refers to a photovoltaic power generation facility that is built near the user's site and operates in a way that the user side is self-sufficient, the excess power is connected to the Internet, and the power distribution system is balanced. Distributed photovoltaic power generation follows the principles of local conditions, clean and efficient, distributed layout, and close utilization, making full use of local solar energy resources to replace and reduce fossil energy consumption.
Distributed photovoltaic power generation for occasions
Can be installed in any place with sunlight, mainly divided into two categories:
1. A distributed building photovoltaic power generation system is formed on various buildings and public facilities throughout the country.
Second, remote farming and pastoral areas, islands and other areas with less electricity and electricity, forming an off-grid distributed photovoltaic power generation system or microgrid.
Specific locations such as industrial plants, commercial buildings, agricultural facilities, municipal public buildings, civil buildings and other concrete, color steel plates and tile roofs that meet the load requirements, as well as remote and non-electric areas such as remote farming and pastoral areas and islands.
Distributed photovoltaic grid-connected power generation principle
Distributed photovoltaic grid-connected power generation is composed of photovoltaic module square array, combiner box, grid-connected inverter, etc., and does not pass through battery storage energy, and directly inputs electric energy into the public power grid through the grid-connected inverter.
Policy guarantee
For distributed photovoltaic power generation, the policy of subsidy according to full power is adopted. The national electricity price subsidy standard is 0.42 yuan per kWh. On this basis, local governments have successively introduced subsidy policies. The implementation period of the national on-grid tariff and subsidy is in principle 20 years. Encourage all types of power users to build distributed photovoltaic power generation systems in the same way as “spontaneous use, restroom access, grid regulation”
State subsidy
In August 2013, the National Development and Reform Commission issued the “Notice on Playing the Role of Price Leverage to Promote the Healthy Development of Photovoltaic Industry” (Development and Reform Price [2013] No. 1638), and clarified that the subsidy standard for distributed photovoltaic power generation projects is 0.42 yuan/kW (including tax). ).
Local subsidies, taking Shanghai, Jiangsu and Shandong as examples
