Better components - gain more sunshine
In the first three quarters of this year, China's photovoltaic power generation market expanded rapidly
According to Xinhua News Agency, as a beneficiary of the pilot project of photovoltaic “into the village” in Zhejiang Province, Zhang Lexiang, a resident of Luchuan Garden, Xincang Town, Pinghu City, Zhejiang Province recently used “green photovoltaic power”. There are more than 990 residents in this community, and the planned PV installation rate is over 90%. At present, 3,328 PV projects in Pinghu have been connected to the grid, and the total capacity of residential PV and enterprise PV is 176,000 kilowatts. Pinghu is a microcosm of the rapid development of China's photovoltaic industry. Li Chuangjun, deputy director of the New Energy and Renewable Energy Department of the National Energy Administration, said that in the first three quarters of this year, China's photovoltaic power generation market expanded rapidly. By the end of September, China's new photovoltaic power generation capacity was 43 million kilowatts. Among them, photovoltaic power plants 27.7 million kilowatts, an increase of 3%; distributed photovoltaics 15.3 million kilowatts, an increase of 4 times. The installed capacity of photovoltaic power generation in the country reached 120 million kilowatts, including 94.8 million kilowatts of photovoltaic power plants and 25.62 million kilowatts of distributed photovoltaics. Li Chuangjun said that from the perspective of the new installed capacity, the trend of shifting from the northwest to the central and eastern regions is more obvious. In the first half of the year, the newly installed capacity in Zhejiang, Shandong and Anhui provinces exceeded 2 million kilowatts respectively, which was more than double the year-on-year growth. The newly installed distributed photovoltaic installations in the three provinces accounted for 47.5% of the national total.
